A Punjab manufacturer of fiber laser, CNC plasma and laser welding machines, building since 2009.
Our story
Bachan Industries Private Limited began in 2009, building CNC plasma cutting machines in Punjab without outside financial support. Those early years were hard, and only our own team knows what it took to get through them.
From plasma we moved into fiber laser technology. Today we build sheet and plate lasers up to 20 kW with cutting lengths up to 15 m, two and three-chuck tube lasers, CNC plasma tables, handheld laser welders and laser markers, and supply cutting heads and drive components for retrofits.
Our product range covers plasma and laser cutting systems, machines for welding and marking, and spare parts, retrofit, repairs, maintenance and service.
Infrastructure
Our head office and plant are in Kurali, Mohali district, on a 15,000 sq m site close to major transport routes, so we can deliver machines and parts anywhere in India without long delays.
We keep a 6 kW plate laser and a 3 kW tube laser cutting machine at the plant for customer training and demonstrations.
Qualified staff work with each customer to understand their requirements, and a team of service engineers based in Mohali is on call to attend breakdowns at short notice.
Innovation and R&D
Patent pending: Portable Laser Machine (PLM)
Our own engineers have designed a portable fiber laser cutting machine that clamps onto the workpiece, so large structures and installed equipment can be laser cut on site instead of being brought to a cutting bed. Bachan Industries has applied for an Indian patent for this invention: application no. 202211070734 A, published in the Patent Office Journal No. 24/2024 on 14 June 2024. Inventors: Harinder Singh and Varinder Singh.
