Which fiber laser cutting machine is right for you?

All of our flatbed lasers share the same B1 platform: an autofocus cutting head, IPG or Max laser source from 1 kW to 20 kW, and 0.03 mm positioning accuracy. Standard beds are 3015, 4020, 6020 and 6520, and we build large-format machines with effective cutting lengths up to 15 m for long plates and structural parts. The main difference between models is how you load material.

• Single pallet is the simplest and most affordable layout. Choose it for job shops, signage and interior work where the machine is loaded by hand.
• Dual pallet adds an exchange table, so one sheet is unloaded while the next is cut. Choose it when the laser runs full shifts and loading time costs you output.
• Elite-Era is our high-dynamic model, with 1.5 G acceleration and 170 m/min travel speed, for shops cutting lots of thin sheet where speed decides cost per part.
• High-power plate laser: 12 kW to 20 kW sources cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium plate up to 50 mm and more, and cut thin sheet several times faster than a low-power machine.
• Large-format laser: effective cutting lengths from 3.5 m up to 15 m, for long plates, chassis members, crane and trailer parts and structural steel.
• Tube laser cuts round, square and rectangular pipe and C, I and L channel, with chucks up to 320 mm. The three-chuck model cuts right to the end of the tube, for zero tail waste.

How thick can a fiber laser cut?

Laser power decides the thickest plate you can cut and how fast you cut thin sheet. Typical maximum thickness for a good-quality edge:

Our fiber lasers also cut brass, copper, galvanised (GI) sheet, CRCA, HR plate and other alloys.

Our own innovation: patent pending

Bachan Industries designs its machines in-house. Our Portable Laser Machine, a fiber laser cutting head on X, Y and Z linear actuators that clamps onto the workpiece for on-site cutting, is patent pending in India (application no. 202211070734 A).
